After the recent rice congestion at the border gate, the Government has twice met to discuss consumption, and requested the Chinese side to cooperate in trade ... This mainstay over the road is still not very satisfactory.
“The Chinese side said their rice is also in stock. Traders who want to have a quota to import 1,000 tons of rice must also commit to consuming the corresponding quantity, ”said the Minister.
Mr. Vinh added that Vietnam's rice is being fiercely competed by countries such as India and Pakistan. Some markets still import but with limited quantity and because Vietnamese rice has low prices, not because of good quality.
“Many countries are also restructuring their agriculture, but they are moving faster and more steadily than us, so Vietnam's agricultural products are less competitive. This continues to be a big challenge for the economy in the second half of 2015 ”, the Minister warned.
This morning's opening session is the last working session of the Standing Committee, preparing for the ninth session of the 13th National Assembly, starting at the end of the month. The Committee gives opinions for the Government to complete the overall socio-economic report in the first months of the year, discussing solutions for the last months of the year.

OK. “Many agricultural products do not enter the market, the prices are low, the society has to join hands to sell melons and onions. But that is the heart solution, the Government should analyze and have a stronger solution ”, Ms. Mai said.
