A. PAYMENT

I. Direct payment

Method of Delivery - Cash payment:  when delivery arrives, customers check the goods and pay us directly with the amount specified on the delivery note / invoice.

Purchase method for stock and unavailable goods:  Advance for orders that must be ordered, for existing orders, cash payment upon receipt of goods.

II. Transfer payments

The method of payment and purchase is as follows:
- Customers transfer money to Thien Minh Technical Company via previous bank account number.
Total amount transferred = Product price + Shipping fee (negotiable).
Information about your account, please see below (*)

- After sending money, please message the consignee's full information to THIEN MINH TECHNICAL CO., LTD including: Full name, address , consignee's phone number, amount transferred, account number (if transferred via card), bank name, product name by phone number:  0989 676 181-0938922088  (Note: This is required so that we can send you goods accurately and quickly).
- After you transfer money, Thien Minh Company can check your account, confirm that the account has money, then send the goods.
- Your products are sent at 11:00 and 16:00 daily, via express delivery service of Vietpost Express.
- The time to receive your product depends on where you live.

For example:
- Customers located in areas of cities such as Tp. HCM, Hanoi, Da Nang, Nha Trang, Can Tho ... within 24h-36h will receive the goods.  
- In other regions, the time to receive the goods is 1-3 days.
- In remote, mountainous, mountainous, Hai Dao areas with difficult traffic, it takes about 1 week.

Note:  You should transfer money before 9:30 am or 15:30 every day so that we can deliver the goods to you fastest. After transferring money, please report back to us so that we can send the goods to you on time.

• We will deliver free of charge or charge (Based on specific orders) to the region.
• Delivery cost or car service you customers please pay.
